Join us this summer and learn the fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee, one of the fastest growing sports in the world! Played with a flying disc (commonly known as a “Frisbee”). Ultimate is as high flying and skill based as any mainstream sport, but unique in that sportsmanship and fair play are considered to be as important as athletic ability!
